Federal Judge Gives U.S. Government 90 Days to Decide on Posada Carriles

Texas: A federal judge has ordered the U.S. Government to issue a ruling on the detention of terrorist Luis Posada Carriles. Judge Phillip Martinez has given the U.S. 90 days to justify the continued detention of Posada Carriles, calling his confinement "well beyond" limit.
