Commission for Assistance to a Free Cuba Issues 2006 Report

The Commission for Assistance to a Free Cuba, headed by Secretary of State Rice, issued its yearly report on July 10. Among a multitude of new recommendations, The Commission requested $80 million in U.S. tax dollars to again attempt to destabilize Cuba and continue to openly interfere with this nation's sovereignty.
